cushion over structural steel and fully enclosed by quality fabrics. This process
ensures no deformation of cushion or wrinkle of fabrics from frequent use.
2.Perforated seat bottom pan and rear back panel are injection-molded high density
polypropylene for acoustic sound absorption.
3.All metal components are molded premium steel through dioxide-welding process;
exposed metal surface is de-rusted by sandblast & conducted through electrostatic
spray featuring finished smooth looking, rust proof.
4.Seat tip-up mechanism is formed from dual-torsion springs with noise-reduction
device featuring low noise, precise movement and long life.
5.Flip-up armrest with integral cup holder: injection-molded ABS plastics.
