Seat & back feature one-piece, injection molded polyurethane foam cushion over structural steel & serpentine springs for maximum comfort.  

Seat pan and rear back panel are injection molded, high impact polypropylene, perforated design for sound absorption armrest are formed with rolling of strip of 137 x 1.7 Grade A, tip-up armrest block is of solid beech wood. Plastics & wood tablet available, with unique hinge seat tip-up mechanism is formed from dual-torsion springs with reduction of noise and can be run more than 100,000 times exposed metal surface is de-rusted by sandblast & conducted with electrostatic spray.
