1. Seat pan and rear back panel are injection molded, high impact polypropylene, perforated design for sound absorption. 
2. Seat and back are one piece, injection molded quality polyurethane foam cushion with built-in structural steel and serpentine springs. This integration process ensures no deformation of cushion or wrinkle of upholstery fabrics from frequent use.
3. Seat, back and headrest are constructed with ergonomic compound curves for maximum comfort.
4. Flip-up armrest with integral cup holder is formed from artificial leather wrapped by upholstery fabrics.  
5. Exposed metal surface is de-rusted by sandblast and conducted with electrostatic spray. 
6. Fabric options: superior quality fabric with fire retardant, wear resistant and against fading.
