Detailed Product Description

 

1.    Back and seat are formed from one-piece, injection molded high-density polyurethane foam cushion over structural steel and serpentine springs with ergonomic compound curves for maximum comfort, foam density is >=35kg/m3

2.    Rear back panel, seat pan and inner upholstery panel are injection-molded and upgraded polypropylene featuring unique shape, aesthetic appearance & rigid structure.

3. Armrest frame is welded by high quality 60×60×1.5mm section steel and  leg base of steel (80×330×2mm); armrest is wrapped with fabric with sponge. Flip-up armrest is covered with artificial leather.    

4. Fabric: optional and fire-retardant.

5. Tip-up of seat is automatic by its deadweight with little noise or little maintenance

6. All metal surfaces is de-rusted by sandblast & conducted through electrostatic spray featuring finished smooth looking, rust proo
