Detailed Product Description

1. Back and seat are formed from one-piece, injection molded high-density polyurethane foam cushion over structural steel and serpentine springs with ergonomic compound curves for maximum comfort, foam density is >=35kg/m3
2. Rear back panel, inner panel and seat bottom pan are injection molded, upgraded polypropylene featuring unique shape, aesthetic appearance and rigid structure.
3. Armrest frame is welded by high quality 60×60×1.5mm section steel and leg base of steel; armrest is wrapped with fabric with sponge. Flip-up armrest is covered with ABS.
4. All metal components are molded premium steel through dioxide-welding process; exposed metal surface is de-rusted by sandblast & conducted through electrostatic spray featuring finished smooth looking and rust proof.
5. Tip-up of seat is automatic by its deadweight with little noise or little maintenance
6. Fabric: optional and fire retardant.
